For decades, SCHOA has existed as a non-profit 501(c)(3). It is dedicated to preserving our semi-rural lifestyle and helping to protect our community safety—with NO CC&Rs and NO Mello-Roos taxes. It relies entirely on volunteer leadership and resident support. We hope to see you at the upcoming annual Association meeting:
